"The cabin was adorable, clean and as pictured! We had a great time and would highly recommend. The only downsides were trash situation was a bit of a pain having to take to another location throughout stay and the fire pit that is pictured isnt in the yard by the house so really wasnt usable for us. Everything else was perfect. Beautiful scenery, surroundings and home! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!"

"Overall the cabin was clean, comfortable, was well stocked with anything needed, and nice view. Getting a quick response on having a charcoal grill, not gas, allowed purchase of coal and starter before coming into the cabin. We did have some difficulty with water pressure, which made it difficult to flush the toilet at times. "This cabin is nestled above the New River and has an amazing view. Soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the natural beauty of the area was a bonus. Cabin was functional with all needed amenities. Bedding and bathrooms were clean. Recommendation- leaf blower to clear acorns off the deck. I would rent this property again. Communication with Brian was great and he was very responsive to a few questions I had."
