The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Tracy-sur-Mer, this 65 m² house with a 4000 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a living room of... m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows:  
\- A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining area and 2 single beds.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC
