« It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. « The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. « We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. « The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily. It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom. Should not be listed on hotels.com. »

« Really enjoyed our stay on the small, but beautiful and quiet Lake Conesus. The unit was located right on the lake with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the views. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the outside table and chairs for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Each unit in this complex had its own outdoor spaces, which was nice. The interior of the unit was updated and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Super relaxing weekend, which is what we were looking for. »

« We had an excellent stay in this condo. The management company was extremely responsive the one time we called them. We didn't hear the neighbors below us at all, which was our original concern. There was plenty of parking and 0 stairs to get into the condo. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked with garbage bags, detergent, toilet paper, etc. Most importantly, it was clean and well maintained inside. We will definitely return.
