"I liked everything"

"Everything was great except for the odd refusal to print something for me and allegedly not having a printer in the meeting room because they "don't do that stuff". I get it might be the individual hotel's choice, but that's the first time in 40 years I ever encountered a hotel making that choice. Everything else standard for brand. But with so much competition I probably won't do that stuff (this brand) anymore."

"We like the villa we stayed in! It was clean and a nice relaxing space. However, the house next door was having a very loud party that lasted well into the late evening hours. They were playing loud music and driving some type of loud ATV back and forth for hours, well into the late evening. It made it unenjoyable to sit outside."

"The staff here were wonderful. The first night our AC unit didn't seem to be working and I told them about it the next morning. They got it taken care of and worked great for the rest of our stay. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and nobody was grumpy about my kids being rather high energy in the morning. Our needs were well met and I appreciated that our curtains worked better than most hotel rooms at blocking out light so my kids could get to sleep before the sun went down. Breakfast was nice with a good number of options. I also appreciated that the hotel is in a really quiet, beautiful area!"
