« My family of six spent Presidents' Day weekend at this Hunter location for a ski trip, and it was fantastic! The convenience of the location was a game-changer; we could walk to and from the slopes in our ski boots without any real issues. The ski in/out setup was perfect for our family since everyone wanted to start and end their day at different times. While the description states it's an 11-minute walk to the lift if you walk around, there's actually a shortcut through the parking lot that...

« Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate. Front desk reception was professional, responsive, and got us into a very nice 3 bedroom suite. He apologized for the inconvenience and...
