« We booked this place while our sons were playing baseball in the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property was an easy 15 to 20 minute drive to the park. The setting is beautiful and we love the deck overlooking the pond. When the boys got a break from the games, they loved fishing in the pond and the owner had two fishing poles and some lures available. This property was one of the few places we found with 3BD/2.5 BA which met our needs. Communication with the owners was great and they even checked...

« My family and I stayed while our son played at Dreams Park. Excellent location and perfect for 4 of us! The pool was great to keep my other kids entertained during down time. Multiple shared washers and dryers were a great perk! The open field was also great for my children to play volleyball and wiffle ball! Would definitely stay again! »
