« Good location for me when i have work to do in the phoenix area! The room was clean and quiet! The staff was very helpfull and informative. Parking was the best since the parking area was empyu. Breakfast was not what i expected in that it was very limited. I will go back when i need a place to stay in the phoenix area! »

« Everything was good and available - however the linens all had a must to them even when completely swapping the bedding for the room.
Additionally, the room door wasn’t properly sealed so enough noise and light from the hallway caused plenty of night time distractions. »

« The location of this VRBO is awesome. It was perfect for attending a wedding at the paseo. The views were amazing from the patio. The cleanliness however… was poor. There were bugs all over the bathroom. They were caked onto the inside of the bathroom lights. The drawers were not clean. The shower supplies were mediocre. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the bug situation in the bathroom was bad. It ruined this stay for us. »
