We were in Topsail recently scouting out spots for a future vacation and found this hidden gem there. Sea Vista is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Very relaxed, great ocean views for the sunrise. The beach was very clean and quiet, just steps from the hotel. The motel itself was rustic and a great sandy beach vibe. We visited the Quality Inn while on a trip across the United States. This area was heavily impacted by Hurricane Florence in September, 2018, and the hotel is still in the process of recovering. As a result it didn't have the full range of amenities and services one might expect. Our room was newly renovated and was beautiful. Water pressure is not great but everything else was amazing. Free coffee is offered in the lobby when the restaurant is closed, however when I went to grab some the pot was always empty. There is free in room coffee. Hotel is popular but rooms are quiet.
