« Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Hotel is older but has been renovated. The bed was a bit more firm than I would have liked it to be. Room was very spacious. »

« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »

« Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean. »

« I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on. »

« These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown. »

« Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between. »

« The rooms were very clean. The staff were phenomenal. They were warm, attentive, and personable. Breakfast had a wide variety of things to eat even for people with dietary restriction's. It was quiet with literally no disruptions. This is definitely a wonderful location to stay if you are in need of a hotel in that area. Keep up the great work! »

« Il y avait de la prostitution à l'étage en dessous et ils ont laissé leurs cochonneries trainer dans le stationnement juste à côté de ma voiture même s'il y avait un gardien de sécurité qui fait sa ronde régulièrement. Cela a été nettoyé le lendemain matin. »

« Hôtel simple mais excellente prestation. Propre, accueillant, le personnel est ultra professionnel! Arrive à 1am la personne à l’accueil était devenue ma meilleure amie en 2 minutes. Tout le personnel est adorable. Je recommande vraiment car légèrement excentre de la ville donc bine plus calme. 15min du centre, 15min de Graceland. Top! »
