"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."

"Staff was great. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets were not very powerful. The pool towels are tiny, like child size. There was some spilled alcohol in one of the elevators that didn’t get cleaned the two days I was there. My biggest complaint is with the pillows and bed they were very uncomfortable. One set of pillows were firm the other set was soft but didn’t have enough filling like cotton balls in a pillow case that would separate. The bed was stiff. "

"I like the woodsprings I also worked for them. There was a front desk clerk with short hair working front desk. She's not very nice. My sheets so ike underarms.like they were not changed so we asked for sheets. she was put out about it only gave us the sheets with no blanket like I gave her so we froze for 2 days.i kept getting stank eye from her.not very welcoming "
