« We had good communication with the host. The property was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Well stocked with basic needs. Excellent location for the Seneca wine trail. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a very nice time at the A-frame. You can tell the owners pay a lot of attention to the details and had everything we needed and more! Things like yoga mats, outdoor and indoor games, and all kinds of pots and pans, as well as cooking implements like a mixer and milkshake maker were great. The decor is impeccably done and adds a nice eclectic style to the house. The location was convenient to Skaneateles, which was where we spent a good amount of our time. We would definitely return. »

« Phil was a terrific host. We stayed for 43 nights. It is so very quiet and peaceful. There is a terrific ice cream shoppe at the bottom of the hill. We delighted in the hot tub, and enjoyed reading by the fire pit. This rental is well suited for both longer and shorter stays. The wine and the picnic basket loaded with s’more supplies was certainly a plus. The house was well appointed, with nothing extra to bring. Enjoy!!! »
