"room walls had stains, carpet was damaged, wall vinyls coming off, dents in the walls, light switch had to be replaced due to it chipping. house keeping broke a charger, which could not be replaced due to plug type. bed had to be remade again after housekeeping due to stains on sheets."

"Old hotel, bathroom was moldy and tight. The room is super tiny. If you are looking for just a room to sleep only, it can work. If you think you are going to fit 4 people even kids in a room of 4, you will be disappointed. Close to the train but not worth it."

"Everything was excellent. Only downfall was the airport shuttle experience. We were waiting for the last shuttle of the day, there is a covered area where hotel customers were all waiting. Each hotel shuttle bus circled around and pulled up right to the covered area. When it was our shuttle bus' turn to circle and pull up to the covered waiting area, driver did not drive up to waiting area, he drove straight out of the lot. There were no instructions that we were supposed to approach the parked bus further down the lot. We ended up having to take a $30 taxi ride to our hotel. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by Tokyo stays Gotanda. I like this area of Tokyo for my stays as it is close to everything and fairly straight forward to get to HND. Our hotel room was bigger than most other budget hotels in Tokyo we have stayed at. And it had a good sized refrigerator and even a washer and dryer in the room. Closet space and a wardrobe to store our suitcases and clothes for the week. I would not hesitate to stay here again. There is a 7/11 next door and the Donki store is around the corner as is a big grocery store and the Gotanda train station. "

"Clean room, pleasant staff, and smooth checking in and checking out process. Very close to the subway. Rooms were fairly small and no gym. "
