Within 5 minutes of 7-11, Family Mart, and plethora of restaurants (most were closed for New Year's holiday). I was in room 704\. Appears to be an older building. Last minute find. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Amazing water pressure for shower (seems typical in Japan). Small but comfortable room (could use some layout changes to maximize space but this is me whom likes to change the furniture to suit my tastes).
