I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. In town for a wedding, this large home easily accomodated our group of 10, and our 2 dogs. Set in the woods with a winding gravel driveway, it was very private with beautiful scenery. The kitchen is huge, with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and just about every kitchen appliance you could imagine. The home is not solely used as a rental, so the owners belongings are also present, which was a first for us. There is a pool table, games, and great satellite and cell service. Plenty of room for the grown kids as well as the grandkids. The little ones spent hours running around playing hide-n-seek (hiding around corners) and the big ones spent hours playing pool. It was roomy enough to have the kids coloring in the kitchen while we were making dinner/breakfast without them being in the way. It was out in the woods so no worries of the kids being to loud.
