I enjoyed my stay the rooms are very clean n bathrooms as well

4 staff at the front desk and only 1 was helped me all the while she was helping her co-workers standing next to her help another person. Like why have 4 staff in the front when only 1 would help? Plus the a/c in the room we got did not work. It was hot and humid in there.

The breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast. The lady running it was friendly and courteous. My wife is gluten free and the options she brought out were excellent. Our car has a shattered sunroof and is only 7 months old (don’t buy a Mercedes Benz and especially from downtown Mercedes Calgary) And the hotel had secure covered parking!!
