The people above me were yelling and screaming and stomping and jumping on the floor the first night of a three night stay I call the front desk and everything stopped the third night it started again at 3:00 in the morning which woke me up I call the front desk there was a different person at the front desk, this time they did not stop and continued to scream and jump and stop on the floor at 3:30 I called and complained once again and the noise still continued. I called once again at 4:30 as it was still going on at 5:00 I packed up and checked out as I knew I wasn’t going to get any sleep, so the front desk person did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. I even emailed the manager and have not heard anything back. Terrible customer service.
