Room was dirty. Carpet had blood and gravel all over; you could not take off your shoes. Nothing like the pictures that are advertised. Refused a refund.

Cob webs in bathroom. Stains on sheets. Door on first room didn't lock so I asked for a different room and got one. Found out the day after, because I forgot a razor in the room, that it was reassigned the same evening I told them about the issue.
