"Great location and access off service road. Has Dennys, waffle house and a nice Mexican restaurant walking distance from hotel. A/C unit in our room unfortunately had a loud buzzing noise during our stay but didn't switch because it was first level near front entry(easy access). I did ask if room was available before 3pm and was given room without explanation of $50 early check -in charge that was applied to my card without my approval."

"Classic hotel that has been modernized very well. Beds were very comfortable, staff was amazing with any question I had, (turn the shower on by pulling the ring of the tub faucet), Nespresso machine and sleep machines in the room were great touches, will stay here again."

"It was easy to find and is a good location. We left our car parked and walked to downtown. We stayed for only one night and did not use the pool or spa. The room came with a tablet, headphones and a infrared mask. The room was clean and I love how it was decorated. The lobby/check in area very cutely decorated and I was pleasantly surprised. We did go to The Caldwell for dinner and a drink. It is cutely decorated as well and has a great relaxing atmosphere. The cornbread is excellent and it is great that it is on site."
