The staff here was absolutely phenomenal, and the manager at the front desk was absolutely lovely, caring, accommodating, and kind. From the housekeeping staff to the valet it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff is something to be desired, but hopefully they will learn in time because they all seemed new, but we’re absolutely lovely even though they didn’t know much about the menu. That’s just me being brutally honest. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable, and the best of all was that it was quiet. Everything about the hotel was chic and cool and I couldn’t have wished for better for my short stay to visit my friend in Raleigh."
