this home is separated into two beautiful villas  
the upstairs Villa is 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms.  
providing a huge entertainment living room, dining room and full kitchen with an open floor plan.  
upstairs has the 5 beautifully maintained bedrooms with comfy bed linens. Beautiful decor done by a local designer  
inside a gated community with remote garage.  
the courtyard has direct access to the beach.

fire pit, boat bar and beach access.  
we provide two parking spots inside the garage and room for more outside in the private gated community

and if both villas are booked at the same time you will be sharing the courtyard.
