"We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. "Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10"

"First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. Property manager had the decency to give us more time to check in and check out, wonderful experience over all! Would definitely recommend."

"Very beautiful and clean corner house. You can smell the cleaningness. Plenty of spacious rooms and restrooms. Giant kitchen space with seating. Two great spaces to lounge, upstairs and downstairs. "Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. "Clean, Modern House. Best Location in the middle of everything. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach and all the clubs and 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Very quiet once inside. "The pictures of this place look great but the reality is that it needs a deep cleaning. They did provide more than enough plates/glasses and the place is spacious. When you shower upstairs the Ceiling is leaking in the office/bedroom on the first floor. They had informed us that the office was a separate room from the bedrooms.
