Summary:  
This lovely property is located in the “Brisas Del Mar” community along the scenic highway, known as one of the safest spots for your stay in Tijuana. Our gated community offers breathtaking ocean views. With 24/7 security, it is a peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood, featuring a pool, a park with playgrounds, grills, and sports courts.  
  
The Space:  
This independent house features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a smart TV, along with a smart TV in the master bedroom. Amenities include WiFi and a third-floor terrace with panoramic views, as well as two parking spaces in front and a ground-floor patio that includes a washer and dryer.  
  
Guest Access:  
Our guests will enjoy the following amenities:   
  
Pool with panoramic views of the sea.  
Beautiful green park for exercising or relaxing with a book.  
Barbecue area in the park and picnic tables.  
Basketball court.  
Playground for children.

The community is located only 10 minutes from Downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes from Playas Tijuana, and 25 minutes from the international border, with a pharmacy and convenience store nearby.
