"Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! "We enjoyed the facility and the laid-back not overly commercialized residential vibe. There are a few recommendations for improvement such as access to laundry, storage unit, more amenities like saran wrap and foil in the condo. Higher end soaps, shampoos, etc would be great! Comfortable sleeping, good water flow for showers and quiet. This unit is not for anyone with disabilities, AFN. One needs to be able to haul suitcases, groceries and self to second floor via stairs. "Beautiful location in Tierra Verde. The condo is exactly as described and the host, Lori, responds very quickly to questions. We were very close to beaches and great restaurants, but a relaxing retreat once we returned to the condo. I hope to come back here soon."

"We had a fun 3 days staying at this beautiful property. We were in the area moving our daughter home from Eckerd College for the summer and enjoying a weekend away. The highlight of the trip was watching the manatees play from our balcony each day. I’m a manatee lover, so this was extra special. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits."

"The host of this property clearly has an eye for style and organization. The remodel of this unit was thought through to the smallest detail. It was a busy week for me helping my Eckerd college student secure summer housing, so I really valued the time I was able to decompress in the unit and by the pool. Tierra Verde continues to be one of my favorite areas in all of St. Pete and this place did not disappoint!"

"Overall is was a great stay! The only issue was the window treatments are see through and there are lights that stay on outside all night long in the front and back. Black-out curtains would be a great addition to the condo."
