"Over paid for a hotel room that was clearly a used and dirty room. Old walls covered up with white paint, shower floor has a dirty brown color, beds were hard and not comfortable. Paid $300+ to stay at a hotel that looks like a Motel 6. "

"Worst hotel I have ever been I my room smelled like smoke my curtains were all ripped apart my Ac didn’t work and the manager was the worst one I don’t recommend anyone to stay here"

"rooms clean, pool water is usually cold doesn't get alot of sun. have to go outside to gate to unlock before entering. Everyone is very nice & helpful. The Tina cooks the breakfast and gets everything ready. She is amazing and does a wonderful job. Friendly, offering to get you more coffee or food. Always in a good mood. Looked forward every morning seeing her."

"There is no elevator to the second floor so dragging a heavy suitcase was very difficult "

"Reserved ADA room. Got there and no ADA room for us, even though the front desk person could see we reserved that type of room. Neither of us can hardly walk up stairs. Then told our room would be on the third floor and the elevator was broke down. Ok we will make do. We will go out and eat first, run a few other errands and then come back so we only have to climb the stairs once to our room. I felt like I ran a marathon after climbing up that mountain, but I did it. There is a reason I have those disability plates on my vehicle. Anyway, after getting into our room, surprise, a full size bed. Now we are not small people, reservation was for a single queen size bed as they don’t offer king size and that’s ok. We fit in a queen, a little snug but it works. What do you do when the front desk and lobby closes at 8pm and it’s now 9:30 pm. I tell you wha5 you do, you make the best of it. The full size bed was as hard as a rock, everytime one of us moved, it woke the other up. Nearly the worse motel stay I have ever had. Needless to say we woke very early that morning and went to get some breakfast and car wash before returning to check out of the motel. Check out was straight out of a movie seen. The old sayin* no shirt, no shoes, no service is taken literally. I had to wait for another guest t9 c9 plate her checkout. She did have a shirt and shoes on, just nothing below her shirt, yes naked. Staff appeared t9 th8nk this is normal. I am shell shocked!"

"Pool was nice size...almost private.Hottub was nice.Gated community was very quiet.Almost seemed like we were the only visitors.Bit of a drive on I-10 to Phoenix.Relatively close to Chandler.Overall pleasant stay."

"The front desk staff was top notch, very knowledgeable and personable. Arrived late and she allowed me into the office vs staying outside to check in.The location was super convenient being right off the highway. The biggest negative was the operation of the ac/heater unit. Was unable to successfully operate. User error? Hope this helps. "

Toilet was clogged and dirty. Shower handle from master bedroom was broken, dirty dishes, ants. Pillowcases full of dust. "
