« I stayed 3 nights at OX Suites. The property is stylish and comfy, sparkling clean. The communication is prompt and effective. It should be self check-in with no staff manning the counter. However, I was a bit dumb on the main door keypad. Really appreciated a staff immediate showing up to help. It is walkable to Pier2 which is my favourite place in Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay and will use it again. »

« 本次入住河景房型，非常棒的愛河沿岸景觀盡入眼簾，到訪日期是9月底，可能因為窗戶是單層玻璃，到晚上室外溫度仍偏高與室內冷氣巨大溫差的緣故，導致玻璃外面結露，窗景變得模糊，略為可惜，建議以後集團規劃新的分館時，應採用雙層中空或夾膠玻璃來避免結露。 除此之外，舉凡床的舒適、房間隔音、空調及早餐菜色都不在話下，未來還是會考慮再次預訂。 »
