"It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! It’s on the water - or lack there of. More mud and not a pretty sight. Our room was in the very back and no one offered to help with our bags. Then it was up maybe 20 stairs. Hot. Room was basic. A cat came in and wouldn’t leave the room. We stayed for 15 minutes and went to check out. Moved to another...
"Overall we had a lovely stay. We had a ground floor room so it took about 3 seconds to walk to the pool :). We loved the pool & the water temperature was lovely & warm. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was basic (no iron) but the bed was really comfortable. My only issues were the bathroom needs a little attention although it was clean. There were two big spiders on the ceiling (I’m scared of spiders) & you could tell they had been there a while. The tap in the sink & the shower head...
"This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away.
The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing.
Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly.
I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "
"Overall was a good place, close enough to walk from pier. Only issue I had was they couldn’t find my two bookings. Eventually got a room but lucky my friend was delayed and couldn’t make it to this portion of the trip. Would stay again. "
"So me and my son have been travelling Thailand for 4 weeks now and stayed in various properties. This was in a poor condition, dirty walls, loads of little flies in the room, air conditioning not working properly, and then this morning when we woke up loads of condensation in the walls. The bathroom smelt of urine. Would not stay here again. "
"The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. Nothing really to complain about, and good value for the price!
Our favorite part of our stay though, was the chef downstairs at the restaurant. Her cooking was made with such love and care, and it...
"A great place to stay , a quiet beach is right out your front door and many dining options are a short walk away! Very friendly staff! I would definitely go back"
"Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. When I stayed here the place was dirty and not well kept. The staff were rude. Overall a pretty bad time. There's much nicer places for the same price or cheaper on the island."
