"It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! It’s on the water - or lack there of. More mud and not a pretty sight. Our room was in the very back and no one offered to help with our bags. Then it was up maybe 20 stairs. Hot. Room was basic. "Overall we had a lovely stay. We had a ground floor room so it took about 3 seconds to walk to the pool :). We loved the pool & the water temperature was lovely & warm. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was basic (no iron) but the bed was really comfortable. My only issues were the bathroom needs a little attention although it was clean. There were two big spiders on the ceiling (I’m scared of spiders) & you could tell they had been there a while. The tap in the sink & the shower head...

"This was a good mid tier resort to stay at. The property is beautiful. Beach front dining. Food was not that great but edible. You can get better food just a walk away. The rooms were good, except for the last couple of day we were there, but that’s not a bad thing. Staff were nice, on the ball. All requests were answered promptly. I personally would not stay here again, since there are many other resorts I would like to visit. "

"The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. "Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. When I stayed here the place was dirty and not well kept. The staff were rude. Overall a pretty bad time. There's much nicer places for the same price or cheaper on the island."
