"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with updates throughout the entire hotel. One of our favorite places to stay when we’re in Geneva. Extremely clean. Restaurant (Horizons) had an excellent dinner. Bed and pillows could be a tiny bit more comfortable but they’re “ok”. One MAJOR disappointment was we came in late (1:30am) thinking there would be some sort of a snack machine somewhere in the building and there’s not. Just drinks and the little store they do have closes at 9pm. My husband is a diabetic so this was a small inconvenience. I’ll prepare better next time. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall the property seems a bit run down but that did not impact our stay. We were just there to sleep and see some local sites. We would stay there again for the cheap price we paid."

"The Hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind, efficient and professional. The daily morning breakfast was FANTASTIC!! I'm not a morning person but I made sure to get up in time for their complimentary breakfast. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area."
