"The room was dirty. The end tables had crusty sticky stuff on them. We accidentally spilled a beer on the floor as soon as we walked in the hotel room and while cleaning up we determined the floor had not been mopped in a VERY long time. The shower drain was clogged with hair. And the pool had multiple chunks of hair floating in it. Quite disappointed for the price. Will not be staying here again."

"I stay in Comfort Suites all over the US. This is the second time staying here. The staff is always very nice and helpful but the hotel has gone down hill. The outside is ok can change the neighborhood but pick up the grounds. The inside is clean but the rooms look like they are under repair. There were drywall repairs done around the room and bathroom but not repainted. The mattress was not very comfortable with lots of divots. The pillows seemed new. The pool was not open. Overall for the discounted price it was worth it. "

"We booked two different one night stays on our way down to the coast and the way back. What they didn’t mention on this site was they are under construction, with noise from the construction from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. both times we were there. When we went up to our room on the return trip, we opened the door to enter with our card key and there was a young man sitting at the desk using his cell phone. He said he was there “to check on the towels” and left. Eerie! The breakfast on the return trip that is usually a dividend of staying at Holiday Inn Express was disappointing, too. It was in a small room with only 6 tables-there were no cinnamon rolls,just empty containers, one of the cereals was running very low and no attendant in sight. As we were leaving, someone did come in and went in and got two packages of cinnamon rolls and put them in their designated area. However. they were still tightly wrapped and cold. The attendant then disappeared again. Was very disappointed, we normally like to stay at Holiday Inn Express when are traveling but this experience will give us pause to pick them again."
