"This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. I had my dog with me for a conference. They are dog friendly, and there is access to the park across the street or you can visit one of the squares behind the hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming, Zippy, the bartender is super cute and fun to have a few drinks with, my bed was really comfortable, and I love the sheets and the comforter. Overall, it was a great day and the pet rate was so much more reasonable here than at any other hotel and that is very much appreciated when I travel with my dog. "

"Wonderful step back into the past. Complimentary social hour in the lobby with piano music. Exquisite! Great bellmen/carhop and front desk help. Restaurants very nearby and convenient to Riverfront area. Loved the whole experience. "

"Historic yet modern. Clean and charming. The atrium in the lobby is fabulous. greeted by the team immediately upon arriving. "

"I originally thought my quilt had mildew stains, so i left a comment. The next day, Brian (a manager) came to my room personally with brand new quilts in the packaging, and explained that when the feathers in the quilt wear down, they give the appearance of stains by clumping up. These were supposed to have been removed from service, but fell through the cracks. He apologized promptly for my stress, and Ellie from housekeeping changed the whole bed. Having been in management most of my working life, i really appreciated the personal touch. I have never had a bad experience with a Hilton property, and it is because of swift reponses with resolution like Brian provided"
