"There was a lot of noise in the room above us. The booking for this hotel did not state that you needed to park in a public parking deck that is $25/day. I had no options to add my children after booking and was charged for their breakfast that was supposed to be free. The worker at the front desk was rude and could have found a better solution to any of these issues. We've been rewards members for years and this is the only hotel we have ever had an issue with being charged for breakfast and being told to put our children on the actual booking. Overall the facility itself is decent and in a convenient location. "

"Perfect location. Wonderful peaceful street close to coffee and restaurants. I enjoyed biking in the neighborhood, downtown, and on the trails (Long Branch and Salem Creek). I'll be back!"

"Pull out couch mattress was filthy with popcorn and chip crumbs. Ironing board was broken, floors were dirty. Great area, but the place was a dump"

"The room was clean. The AC was noisy. The bathroom was very small, only one person can be in there at a time. The room had a small refrigerator but no microwave."

"The only problem I had was not having a coffee pot in my room when I first woke up to make me a cup of coffee other than that everything was excellent I love The Walking showers and everything and the TV had the 16 bulbs looking back at you but we let him know downstairs at the customer service desk about the TV"
