Our host was amazing and responsive, check was very easy and the property wonderful and is in a great neighborhood perfect for 6 people and most importantly for us, away from Lubbock proper but close enough to do all the things we needed/wanted to do. I should add that the property itself is well maintained and has everything you need!"

"We reserved this location forA concert and paid super premium price for what it is. Despite that, management group would not permit later checkout and eventually provided 30 min later after going around and around. With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend for average rate (300/night) but not premium rate (1400/night) for events."
