"The rooms are wonderful. They’re very clean and tastefully decorated. The halls elevator and lobby are also very clean very beautiful interior. The breakfast area is even very clean and organized set up for guests to serve themselves. We had an issue with the kitchen staff when we brought an issue with the food to her attention. The manager immediately resolved the issues and was very kind and understanding. The check in manager is amazing at her job. The cook in the kitchen definitely needs to be replaced with someone more concerned with guest services and cleanliness in the kitchen. "

"Checked under mattress, had large stains and huge collection of black remnants that I can only hope was not bed bug feces. Unacceptable at any price."

"This house was perfect! It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location is great, there are restaurants and grocery store close by. We took advantage of the hot tub and ping pong table which was great entertainment between our family outings. We look forward to staying here again. "

"I was in lubbuck for my graduation from Texas Tech and booked this home so my whole family could stay together and save some money. This was the perfect example of you get what you pay for. The home was not very clean evidenced by hair on linens, dirt on the floors and we saw a few roaches. The dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were also hit or miss if they were clean. Shower in the "master" also had hair left in it from what appeared to be multiple people. They attempted to give the impression of clean by dousing in the house in fabreeze and the smell of fabric softner to the point it was overwhelming when we first arrived. The beds were all very uncomfortable with very thin and hard mattresses you could feel the frame under you. As if these things were not enough, the porch light didn't work and while getting in was no problem with the door code provided we did have trouble getting it to lock leaving us with some safety concerns. As for the house its self those were our concerns. That being said, when I initally booked I booked for 3 nights and then found out I needed to cancel one night. I messaged the host as soon as I found out and didn't hear back from the host for over two weeks, then even though she agreed to canceling the one night and refunding the amount it was over a month before this change was actually submitted and then originally I was only refunded a partial amount. While she did eventually make this right, the slow responces were less than ideal . "

"The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"
