"Great central location. Easy access to private parking and beach that wasn’t packed! OUtside shower is great for after ocean. House was well stocked with serving needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely rent again. Communication was excellent"

"The check in process was very easy and straightforward. However, when we first arrived to the property, the main door was wide open and there was a car parked in the driveway. Come to find out, the cleaning people did not shut the door all the way and the wind blew the door open. The neighbors staying in the adjacent duplex parked their car in our driveway. So to say the least, we were quite confused.Once we checked the duplex and called for assistance, everything was settled and we felt comfortable bringing in our belongings. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised. One of the reasons we decided to book this duplex was the location and it being pet friendly. We had very quick access walking to the pier and beach. There were multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance which was a plus.We did have an issue with the air conditioner going out, but the host was very quick to have a professional come out and check on it. She brought a window unit for the bedroom (which was very nice) and made sure we were comfortable until the main air unit was fixed.Overall, we had a great week of weather and enjoyed staying in this duplex. It was very quiet and located in a great area of the island. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to the beach and if you plan on bringing your dog."

"This was a very nice place to stay and very convenient to everything around . My only complaint was the cleanliness of the place. Dirty towels were left in the closet and not removed. I am not sure our bed linens were changed as the bag to remove linens was left on the porch. We had to sweep the floors. The chairs on the porch for gas grill were rusted and deck was dirty. Other than that our stay was great. Perhaps change the instructions to leave dirty towels in the bathroom floors which is what I did so that housekeeping has sight of them to remove before next guest."

"My family of 4 adults had a wonderful Emerald Isle vacation. This house was beautifully updated and clean. The beds were so comfortable that it was often difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that one might need to prepare meals. The private beach parking and wash station made going to the beach a breeze. The location of the house is also perfect. Close to the sound for beautiful walking/biking paths and walkable to food and markets. We will definitely be back!"

"The perfect house for our family. It was clean and cozy and everything is updated. My husband loved having the garage gym. Great location being close to the sound and the private beach parking was amazing. Overall a great experience and would love to come back."
