This family friendly condo provides a modern retreat while still remaining located in the heart of Emerald Isle. Thanks to the flipped layout, cook a meal while enjoying the best view of the ocean at the Emerald Coast. The kitchen is situated on the upper floor with modern appliances, stone countertops, Keurig coffee machine, and a grand view of the ocean. Then enjoy your meal on the front deck to enjoy the sounds of the ocean or the back deck to enjoy a more private experience overlooking the courtyard and pool. Just steps away is the beach with public bathrooms and sand volleyball courts as well as showers to rinse off. After a fun day at the beach, entertain your family in the private pool or playing games in the large private courtyard. Later, lounge on the sectional watching a movie on the large flat screen tv or playing one of the many toys and games provided. If you are not in the mood to cook, take advantage of the pizza shop below or many walkable restaurants. If you are in the mood for seafood, it is a short walk to Gaffer's or less than a 5 minute drive to Emerald Plantation which includes multiple grocery stores, restaurants and local shops.
