"Nice little house in a very pretty area, great location for visiting El Yunque. It fit 5 of us without any issues. Bathrooms have had some recent updates which was nice, and everything was clean and ready for us. Lots of lizards and geckos near the house which my kids loved watching (probably boring for locals and maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but if you don't like lizards then this whole area may not be for you!). Roberto's recommended local spot for breakfast pastries and things was great, as was his communication overall.Our only complaint was that some of the house smelled musty - obviously it's a damp climate, but a solid cleaning of things like kitchen cupboards and furniture cushions would probably help a lot. Otherwise it was a nice stopover location for us!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The beach, pools and other activities at Aquatika are great, especially for kids. The check in process was easy, and accessing the property was very straightforward. They do have a gate/ guard, and it seemed very secure.There are some animals on the property(dogs, cats, chickens), which were all friendly and harmless. The unit has updated the bedroom furniture from some of the pictures on the listing, which were nice upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Some of the kitchen items could use replacing. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would 100% stay at this unit again. "

"Once we opened the door I was so excited! The house interior was gorgeous and the host was so friendly and available! Kitchens and bathrooms were stocked and there were plenty of towels for when we used the pool. Working laundry and really enjoyed the play room which had darts, pool and cornhole. Would definitely stay again"

"Nothing but great things to say about our stay. From the moment that we arrived, Joaquin made us feel like family what he has done on the property is nothing short of amazing. Property was easy to find. The gardens are beautiful. The flowers are incredible. The pool was fantastic. The whole place was so calming and serene, and incredibly clean. With the most beautiful views. Absolute paradise! Joaquin was the best host, he made us feel like family. His dog Pepe was most hospitable as well. I swear we’ve known him for years, but we’d only met that day. He’s very knowledgeable and helped us navigate our trip. He even taught us salsa dancing! I would plan another trip just to visit him and his property again."

"What a wonderful VRBO. We enjoyed Poncho the Parrot, the chickens, cats and dogs in the area. It was fun to be immersed in the beautiful area and get out of the city. The road to the VRBO is windy and narrow as our most of the roads in that area but we quickly got used to them. The VRBO was clean and large for our group of 7. We utilized the guest house as well which was also clean and spacious. The only thing we were really lacking was a toaster. And that is not a huge inconvenience at that. Laundry facilities are outdoors and fun to use. The pool was clean and beautiful. Andrew was receptive to any texts and check in process was swift and accurate. "
