Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. « The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. Other than that, had a great stay. »

« Overall the stay good. There were things that would have made it better though. It is an older hotel and decorated as such w/slight musty smell, but clean. We were there 2 nights/3 days. The room never cleaned in that I mean, trash was never emptied or sheets changed or beds made. We were out before 9 am each day and never hung the do not disturb sign out. We had to go find towels. « Overall it was ok. . Our room stayed humid the whole time. Didn’t matter what temperature we had the thermostat sat on. The floor was not mopped very well. « I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. « The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell.
