"Overall stay was pretty good. Clean, quiet rooms. Very aligned with what we expected. Staff were friendly. Open, spacious lobby good for getting work done. Breakfast was pretty good, too, although a little expensive, especially for a cup of coffee. Cons included that one of the elevators was broken during our entire stay. And the rooms are somewhat dated."

"r [Manager Name], I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. While the staff member on duty was friendly and attempted to assist me, the overall experience did not meet the standard expected for the price point. Upon check-in, I found hair in the bedding of the first room. When I alerted the front desk, the staff member simply brushed the hair off and replaced the same duvet rather than changing the sheets. I later discovered more hair on the other side of the bed and noticed that the couches and carpets were visibly stained and poorly maintained. Due to these issues, I was moved to Room S. However, this room also had significant cleanliness and maintenance problems, including hair in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and a complete lack of hot water in both the bathroom and the kitchenette. I was forced to wash my daughter’s bottles in a common area sink. Furthermore, I originally paid $360 for a Penthouse suite, but was moved to a room valued at $266. Given the significant downgrade and the numerous hygiene issues encountered, I am requesting a refund of the $94 price difference. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your housekeeping and maintenance standards. I look forward to your prompt response regarding the refund."

"I can’t say enough about this property or our experience!! Everything was perfect from the communication with the hosts, the cleanliness of the house, the amenities provided and the location of the house. We traveled with 2 kids and a dog for our daughter’s soccer tournament and staying at this property allowed for us to have a wonderful mini family vacation. The pool table was the best way for us to hang out as a family since the weather did not cooperate at all! If you get a chance to stay here… DO IT!! We are hoping to stay again next year for the tournament. Thank you!!!"

"Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working. When I notified the staff, they pretty much told me that they should be and if they aren’t, well then sorry because there’s nothing they could do. The second issue was that our shower was not cleaned. The seat of the shaper had dried conditioner clumps and hair stuck to it. We woke up our second morning to the toilet above us flooding our bathroom floor, covering many of our items in dirty, brown toilet water. When I called, they sent up an engineer who said he’d check the room upstairs, and that was the last we ever heard from him. Close to $1000 of personal property was damaged/contaminated and the hotel could have cared less. They comped one of our two nights for the “inconvenience” but seem more annoyed by my complaint of waste contamination over the hazard itself and the damage to our things. For an Autograph Collection hotel, this is inexcusable. To spend this amount of money to have our property ruined, basic amenities in non-working order, and our room dirty is disgraceful."

"Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it. But the pot itself was washed clean.Host was very quick to respond when texted. Very cozy place and quiet community.Maybe make a note to guests that the top stair from the basement is a little taller than the rest. I tripped a couple times lolThank you for a wonderful stay. If we are in the area again, we will stay here again if available. :-)"
