"When you entered the reception area there was an air freshener smell which was overwhelming must be trying to mask some other smells there was a tobacco smell in the corridor of our room which was repulsive. The staff were very friendly and courteous the room was clean but the window was dirty the bed was comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9am so you would think you would get at least 20minutes grace before being overrun by the cleaning staff."
