"Our experience with this rental was extremely disappointing. In the beginning, the host was very responsive and helpful while we were booking, which made us feel confident about our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the condition of the property was completely unacceptable.Within minutes of entering the home we noticed several issues. The tile floors were cracked in multiple places and some cabinet doors in the kitchen were missing. The shower had visible mold in the cracks, and the kitchen had a very unpleasant odor.The biggest concern was cleanliness. There were stains on the beds and hair balls on the bedding. When I pulled back the comforter on the bed I intended for my daughter to sleep in, I found a half-eaten candy wrapper and loose change underneath the covers, which clearly indicated the beds had not been properly cleaned between guests. In the master bedroom, there were also mold-like spores visible on the wood flooring.There were also safety concerns. The back door frame looked like it had been pried open from both the inside and outside, leaving the frame visibly damaged and making the door feel unsafe for my family.Because of the cleanliness and safety issues, we stayed for about 30 minutes before deciding we could not remain in the home. We had to leave and find a hotel for the night instead.We attempted to contact the host after leaving but did not receive any response. I have photo documentation of all of the issues described above."

"The staff was very nice and friendly, however, the rooms itself were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! If I could give the hotel zero stars I would! The first room was disgusting…it smelled like a pack of cigarettes and weed…that was bothersome because I do not smoke!! Then, the toilet did not even work no water no flushing nothing! The second room I requested there was no latch on the door so I felt entirely unsafe whatsoever!! It smelled awful and most of the lights in the room were very dim and I left and requested a refund because it felt very unsafe, unsanitary and as not all that it was advertised to be. Truly disappointed and they need to do better! "

"My stay was great. The host was responsive and very helpful. Spacious and clean home. Highlight was the backyard which included a pool, swing set for kids, grill, fire pit. Nice neighborhood. I would high recommend. "

"The house was spacious, overall clean, and in a nice neighborhood. There are a few downsides; the neighbors would let their dogs out all hours day and night for long periods of time and all they did was bark. It made it very hard to relax. They also have quiet hours from 9p-8a which includes use of the hot tub. If you have children and would like to relax after you’ve put them to bed for the night those hours make it very difficult. "
