"Be aware that the pull out couch has no mattress, it is a folding sofa and the sleep surface is very hard, do not recommend using it for sleeping. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good."

"Avoid! This hotel is undergoing major renovations which Expedia does not list. We arrived at our hotel around 6 in the evening to be told the water would be shut off at 9am for the full day. This was on top of our 4th floor room toilet and sink not draining with gross gurgling noises and dirt backing up into them. Partial breakfast. No workout room or pool. And understaffed front desk (1 person) to help everyone "to save money." That is aside from construction dust everywhere and a demolition. We checked out early and lots of others were leaving or just walking out to find another hotel. There are lots of lovely options in Lexington!"

"Filthy dirty hallways! I said something and they said they were vacuumed and I can tell you they were NOT! The bathtub had blonde hair in the drain, the toilet tank was chipped and they took out the drawers in the dresser! I left a message for the manager and he has never called me back! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. That’s about all the good I can tell. I will NEVER stay here again! It needs a complete renovation!"

"The staff was friendly, the room was fine, and breakfast was good. However, the lighting throughout the hotel was awful. Very dim and eery in the hallways. Neither my kids nor I felt comfortable walking the halls (equivalent to walking through a dark alley at night - just don’t do it). The parking lots around the building are also not well lit. It just felt unsafe overall to be outside of our hotel room, which is an unsettling feeling when traveling with children. There was not a hair dryer in the room (which was a minor inconvenience but is worth noting), and the website for this exact location shows an indoor pool when there is, in fact, only an outdoor pool - so that was misleading in advertisement. To summarize, I was singing Hotel California in my head throughout our stay. If that’s the vibe you enjoy, then you’ll love this place."
