"Nice hotel but not clear why there is a $10 fee for parking when there isn't a need for anyone else to park there when it's right off the highway. I believe there was also a $6 fee for bottled water. "

"The house is a nice house. However the frame around the entrance of the kitchen door was hanging off with nails protruding out and the oven was not clean. The kings chair arm rest at the head of the kitchen table was loose and wobbly. The patio had not been cleaned for awhile . The leaves and pollen was thick on the tables chairs and railings along with bird droppings. Many leaves were on the patio as well. I reached out to the property manager. She said she’d come over and make it right, She finally made it over the next day. about 1:15pm on the second day of our four day three night stay, By the time she arrived I had cleaned the patio myself because my family which included older seniors had already began to arrive and enjoys sitting outside. When she finally arrived she removed the nails and tapped the trimming down to the entrance of the kitchen, I then made her aware of the issues we were having with the TVs in all the bedrooms and the downstairs sitting area / game room and that the fusbol table had no ball. She tried working with the remote controls to get the TVs working to no avail. She said she would return to fix the problem and to bring the ball for the table.She never returned. She did however send me a message to remind me to check out at 10. I assured her that we would be gone before 10 and we were . "

"The room was very clean, with fresh sheets and bedding, spotless floors, appliances, and bathroom. Parking was convenient, and the area felt safe. There were extra plugs available, but as soon as I tried to use them, they shorted out, making it difficult to plug in multiple devices at once. Using my laptop, tablet, or the provided space heater often meant having to unplug the fridge and microwave. Aside from this issue, the room was clean and well maintained. "

"This property worked well for our large group of mostly adults. The large dining room table meant we could all eat together. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet."

"Location was perfect for this trip, very close to family living in the area, convenient to both DC and Baltimore. Building is an older property with limited insulation. Some noise can be heard from upstairs residents."
