"The stay was a 5 star until it came to the room itself. The furniture in the room was VERY awkward in the arrangement like I've never seen before. My clean feet were black on the bottom from walking throughout the room. Meaning the floors looked clean but they were NOT. No shampoo in the shower as the bottle was empty. Microwave did not work to reheat my food from the onsite restaurant that I spent $325 with including tip. If I based my bias on the room itself the hotel would receive 2.5-3 stars...
