The kitchen was clean, the room was clean and the shower was amazing

A great central location, local coffee shops and restaurants, and the lheidli tenneh park is close by!

We checked in around 5:00 PM after a long day of traveling and were told our room wasn't ready yet, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to unpacking and relaxing. Once we got into the room, there was a noticeable odor. For a pet-friendly room, the carpet didn't seem like the best choice. The walls were dirty, the shower tiles didn't look clean, and the bathroom exhaust fan had a lot of dust buildup. One of the lamps was broken, and staff had to come to our room to confirm we weren't responsible for the damage. We decided to check out the next day because we weren't happy with the condition of the room or our overall experience. To the hotel's credit, they only charged us for the one night we stayed and waived the pet fee, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations.

Everyone very helpful, friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle to boil water for some tea and got one right away. Also got extra towels when asked. I really enjoy my stays there and will return on next trip to Prince George. Thank you, well done

Staff were excellent and accommodating of early check-in and late checkouts and helped us cluster our groups rooms, even though we arrived and departed on different days. The pool facilities were excellent, especially for children, and there was really good workout equipment, with serious weights and pulleys. Unfortunately the bed was a bit soft and the air-conditioning unit sounded like a B 57 bomber trying to takeoff. It was impossible to sleep with the air-conditioning running. it still felt like very good value for the price with breakfast included. I would stay there again, but would just remember my earplugs.
