« Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again. »

« Staying at this precious cottage in Bath felt like a dream come true. The rooms are just as lovely as they look in the photos. The exterior of the whole cottage is stunning. It is also situated in the most perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop to get into Bath city center. It’s also a quick walk to stop in to stores to grab little essentials like water or snacks or even a drink at a pub. Be sure to stop by Prior Park Landscape Gardens while you’re there! « Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Wish we could have been able to stay longer and explore more of this area as there were plenty of places to explore. »

« A massive thank you for a wonderful weekend. We have been coming to the lake for 15 years now, returning year after year for the incredible wakeboarding. Our children now have the bug and will no doubt continue to return for many years to come to wakeboard with Sam and the team. Having stayed at this house and many others on the lake, this one is without a doubt our favourite. The extra space and the lovely hot tub really set it apart.
