Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms, making this the perfect spot for multiple families to enjoy. The Space: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of natural timber floors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the lush surroundings. The spacious living and dining area is designed to flow effortlessly, making it the perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing in the tranquility of nature. Large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, offering views of the tree tops. The master bedroom is located on the lower level with an ensuite. Upstairs you will find the 3 other bedrooms with another bathroom with a bath and seperate w/c. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ meal under the pergola at the back courtyard and your morning coffee on the wide balcony at the front of the home overlooking the trees. Wth a unique sense of peace and privacy, this is more than just a home—it's a sanctuary among the trees, where every moment feels like a retreat into nature. Guest Access: Being a tree house there are steps up to the front door. The Canopy House has parking for multiple cars and plenty of on street parking also. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and a short stroll down to Terrigal Beach. The quickest way albeit down | up a fairly large hill, however there is an easier route if needed. Other Things to Note: Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely. We also require a refundable deposit bond hold for your stay. You will be asked for card details via the same secure online check in form. These details are encryted and stored securly in the STRIPE payment gateway. Whilst funds are not physically taken, they do need to be available on the provide card as a hold.
