Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
