« There was an incident during our stay involving a small glass panel to the front door, which we reported to the owner immediately. We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response.
