For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
