Cleanness, food quality, service, wellness centre are really good and beyond!! Just wish maitre d'hotel could’ve been more patient and gets more respect for foreigners. It isn’t a complaint just a warning cause for some tourists it can be breaking point

Staff were very personable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room and bathroom were superior.
We were on bicycles and the parking garage was very tidy and close. No concerns about the bike safety.
Loved the gate entrance and “villa” feel.

This hotel is not in Venice, which turns out is a blessing. Stay in a nice, big, comfy hotel with amazing staff and wonderful free breakfasts! Beat the crowds at night and enjoy a cozy dinner in their amazing restaurant. The train to Venice takes about a half hour and is €7.50 round trip per day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking, great find and a nice non touristy feel! You'd do well to stay with these amazingly helpful and friendly Italians! :)

What a beautiful exquisite place. We only spent one night here at the end of our trip. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the splendour of this Italian Villa; only regret is we should have stayed longer.
The staff were amazing. Even the owner was so approachable and friendly and always ready to support his guests. Special call out to Jessica at the front desk for all her support. Grazie!
