Really nice pool area and amazing breakfast! We did not receive the promised VIP amenity or upgrade and the staff in the reception didn't know what we were talking about. We were told we could only get VIP amenity when we book directly through hotel.

Esperienza di due giorni Ci siamo trovati bene, penso che il valore aggiunto lo faccia il personale. Personale di sala squisito Da dopo la pandemia molti hotel 5 stelle avevano assunto personale alla prime armi, non confacente con la categoria ed i soldi spesi. Invece in questo hotel la vera sorpresa è l’attenzione e la gentilezza del personale, che dovrebbe essere ricorrente ma che invece non lo è ovunque. Unica pecca se non si prenota tramite loro fanno pagare 35 euro a testa per la zona sauna panoramica. Secondo me non ha senso. Per il resto struttura moderna in un contesto geografico (quello delle terme ove tutto è rimasto anni 80.

Ritorno in questo hotel dopo il rinnovo delle parti comuni al piano terra e lo trovo praticamente perfetto. L'area termale/spa è eccezionale, tutto il personale molto professionale e gentile. L'unico neo è l'insonorizzazione delle camere che potrebbe essere migliorata.

Premetto che l'offerta dell'hotel è molto alta, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo, almeno acquistando su Expedia è molto basso. Ho speso quasi il doppio rispetto alla prenotazione diretta sul sito dell'hotel, pensavo il contrario.. Mi sarei aspettata dalla reception un upgrade vista la differenza di prezzo pagata per avere gli stessi servizi. Peccato perchè la struttura è ottima ed il personale eccellente.

SPA stupenda

La SPA è molto bella, l'area RoofTop54 è la chicca che rende la SPA dell'Hotel Esplanade Tergesteo una delle migliori a Montegrotto-Abano, l'accesso a quest'area (RoofTop54) è riservata alle persone con più di 16 anni, questo permette di avere una zona tranquilla anche nei periodi più affollati. Il personale è sempre presente e molto gentile. La colazione non è adeguata ad un Hotel a 5 stelle, ma più ad un 4 stelle. Le camere sono spaziose belle e pulite. Si ha la possibilità di mangiare al Bistrò54, adiacente alle piscine, in accappatoio. La qualità dei piatti del Bistrò rispetto al passato è peggiorata, e può capitare di pagare il coperto anche se si mangia un Toast, questo mi ha lasciato molto perplesso. Dato che il motivo del soggiorno era quello del relax totale, e non quello di strafogarsi a tavola, la mia valutazione è molto buona.

Excellent facilities. Warm staff

We stop only for one night in our way back to The Netherlands. The experience was great and we regret not to have spend more time in the hotel. The pool with the thermal water is outstanding. Sauna facilities really wonderful. You have to consider the bistro because the hotel restaurant closes early (9 pm) if you do not want to go out for dinner. The room was a little outdated. The TV was uncomfortably situated on one side of the bed. But the room was spacious enough and the bed very comfortable. The bath was good though a little outdated like the room. Breakfast was very good and with a great variety of alternatives from fruit to hot meals through Italian cheeses, ham, salami, not to forget the yogurt and muesli, cereals, all you can request for an outstanding start of the day! We will definitely come back!

ho soggiornato tre notti in hotel nel mese di ottobre.L' hotel e' confortevole ben organizzato con terme e spa di buon livello .....ma per essere un 5 stelle le stanze classic sembrano essere state prese in prestito da un 3 stelle. stanza vecchia e bagno antiquato .Ben differenti le stanze superiori che sono nuove. .......per il resto..cibo , accoglienza e gentilezza del personale e' da 5 stelle.

I'm disappointed that the current reviews show this as being a great hotel. It advertises sound proof rooms, not true. The breakfast was at best, and this is a stretch, 3 star quality. The powdered eggs were awful and the boiled eggs were still completely liquid. 5 star breakfast is much more than what this hotel offered. Spa service weren't great either.

Dette hotellet kan anbefales. Særdeles flott hotell, deilig svømmebasseng og omgivelser rundt. Rommene var store, luftige og rene. Hotellet er meget velholdt og flott. Prisen var svært lav i forhold til det vi følte vi hadde igjen for oppholdet.
